We want both you and your pets to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

15-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must include original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Pet Product Return Conditions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used pet beds
  • Used pet toys
  • Opened consumable products
  • Products with pet hair, odors, stains, chewing damage, or washing

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we’ll make it right.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging

We may offer:

  • Replacement item
  • Full refund
  • Store credit

No return may be required for certain low-value items.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete processing

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your refund is completed.
