We currently ship across the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and to select international destinations where delivery services are available.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information (when available) will be sent to your email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

PETTIQ does not offer Shipping Protection.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support.vtripels@gmail.com. We will assist in working with the carrier, but refunds or replacements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
